Because it’s all connected
Root-cause nutrition support to help you finally feel better.
I became a nutritionist after facing my own unexplained health issues—autoimmunity, hormone imbalances, and gut dysfunction—that conventional approaches couldn’t fix. What I learned through my healing process (and later through my M.S. in Human Nutrition) changed everything:
The body is designed to heal—but only when we stop chasing symptoms and start asking better questions.
That’s what sets my work apart. I take a root-cause approach, looking at how your symptoms connect, and why your body is out of balance. I don’t throw supplements at the problem. While they can be helpful to support the body at times, we will dig deeper to see why you’re depleted or imbalanced in the first place. Is you B12 low because you don’t have enough stomach acid? Is your vitamin D low because you don’t get enough sun, or is it because you have bile issues/fat malabsorption in the gut? These are the types of questions we will answer. I help you understand what’s going on, and create a personalized, realistic plan to support your healing—through food, lifestyle, and targeted tools only when needed.
If you've been told everything looks “normal,” but you still feel off—I’m here to help you dig deeper, feel heard, and finally start getting better.
